These terms govern the use of the mobile application Yupiplan for iOS and Android (identifier com.opharana.yupiplan) and of the web pages of this site that open from its links (hereinafter, Yupiplan), whose owner is OPHARANA LLC, with address at 99 Wall Street, Suite 1432, 10005, Nueva York, Estados Unidos, and email hello@opharana.com.

By downloading, installing or using Yupiplan, also by responding to a plan from the web, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use it.

1. What is Yupiplan

Yupiplan is used to invite people to a plan (a dinner, a birthday, a meetup) and know who is coming.

Yupiplan does not organize plans nor is responsible for them. The organizer decides what is done, where, and with whom, and is solely responsible for their plan. Yupiplan is not a ticket sales platform, reservations platform, or payments platform.

2. Minimum age

Yupiplan is intended for those over 14 years of age. By using it, you declare you are at least that age.

3. Your account

When opening the app, or a plan poster on the web, an anonymous account is created linked to that installation or that browser. If you delete the app, change phone or delete browser data without having signed in with Apple or Google, you lose access to that account and we cannot recover it. You can delete your data at any time from You → "Delete my data" (details in the Privacy Policy).

4. Plans, content and conduct

Anyone who has a plan link can view its poster and respond. Share it only with those you wish to invite.

You are responsible for what you write: titles, locations, notes, names and messages. By using Yupiplan you agree not to:

• Write offensive, discriminatory, illegal content or harass anyone, nor share personal data of third parties without their permission.
• Use Yupiplan to advertise illegal activities, sell products or services, or send unsolicited advertising.
• Impersonate another person or respond on behalf of someone without their permission.
• Modify the app, reverse engineer, try to guess plan codes, or access other users’ data.
• Create accounts, plans or responses in bulk or to obtain rewards fraudulently.

You can report any content to hello@opharana.com. The organizer may remove responses from their plan, and we can delete content, plans and accounts that violate these terms.

5. Free and Yupiplan Plus

Without paying, Yupiplan lets you create plans with the four basic inks, with ads in the app and a limited number of active plans. Yupiplan Plus removes the ads, allows unlimited plans and adds the violet and teal inks. Plus is personal: it is valid in the store account of the purchaser. It is offered with the price in your currency shown before purchase:

• Monthly subscription with automatic renewal. The amount is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase and thereafter at the beginning of each period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• One‑time forever payment. It is paid once, does not renew and keeps Plus in your store account while Yupiplan remains available.

How to cancel: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Yupiplan → Cancel subscription; on Android, Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Yupiplan → Cancel subscription. When you cancel, you keep what you bought until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the app or deleting your data does not cancel the subscription.

• The charge is carried out entirely by Apple or Google, pursuant to their terms. We do not see or store your card data.
• Digital content is delivered immediately after purchase. By accepting immediate delivery you may lose the right of withdrawal provided for digital content.
• Refunds and payment claims are handled through Apple or Google. The purchase is recovered with “Restore purchases”, using the same store account.
• We may change prices. If the price of a subscription changes, Apple or Google will notify you before applying it and you can cancel it.

6. One month of Plus for inviting

If you respond to a plan before having organized any, the person who invited you becomes your sponsor. When you organize your first plan and another person replies “I’m in!”, each of the two receives one month (30 days) of Yupiplan Plus. Each person can earn up to 12 months in total, and the sponsor up to 2 months every 30 days. The months are added to those you already have, are verified by our server, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and do not affect a paid subscription. We may modify or end this promotion, without affecting months already earned, and we may void prizes obtained fraudulently. We never reward store ratings.

7. Advertising

The app displays ads from Google AdMob and, when the app is in Spanish, ads from TuIAgencia. No ads are shown while you create a plan nor on the poster page that your guests open. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland you are asked for consent before any Google ad is loaded. With Plus no advertising is shown. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability

Yupiplan requires internet to create plans, open posters, and respond. It depends on third‑party services and we do not guarantee that it works without interruptions or errors. We may modify, update or remove features and, if necessary, discontinue Yupiplan; if there were a permanent shutdown, we would announce it with reasonable prior notice.

9. Intellectual property and license of use

Yupiplan, its code, its texts, its design and its graphic elements are owned by OPHARANA LLC or by third parties who have authorized their use. We grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, revocable and non‑transferable license to use Yupiplan for personal and non‑commercial purposes. The brand uses the fonts Big Shoulders Display and Instrument Sans, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The app also includes third‑party software under its open‑source licenses.

10. Limitation of liability

Yupiplan is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss, anything that happens in the plans nor whether they take place or not, app errors, or what other users write. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded nor the rights that consumer legislation grants to consumers.

11. Relationship with Apple and Google

These terms are between you and OPHARANA LLC, not with Apple or Google, who assume no responsibility for the app, its content, its maintenance or its support. On iOS, Apple and its affiliates are third‑party beneficiaries of these terms.

12. Changes, applicable law and language

We may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page with its date, and if the change is material we will notify you in the app. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you act as a consumer, you retain the right to bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. They are published in several languages; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
