This Legal Notice regulates the access and use of this website (hereinafter, "the Website"), whose purpose is to inform about the mobile app for devices «Yupiplan», make its legal documents and its support channel available to the public, and host the poster page that opens from the links of the plans, from where the guests respond.

Access to the Website attributes the condition of user and implies the acceptance of this Legal Notice. The use of the application and of the poster page is also governed by the Terms and conditions and by the Privacy Policy. The Website does not sell anything nor process payments, and does not use cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Terms of Use

The user commits to making proper use of the contents of the Website and not employing them for illegal activities, contrary to good faith or public order, nor to damage the systems of the holder or third parties. The contents of each plan are written by its users, who are responsible for them.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All the contents of the Website (text, graphics, images, layout, brands, logos, source code and software) belong to OPHARANA LLC or to third parties that have authorized their use. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation is forbidden without express authorization of the holder. Elements with their own license are excepted:

«Apple» and «App Store» are registered trademarks of Apple Inc. «Google Play» and «Android» are registered trademarks of Google LLC. «WhatsApp» is a registered trademark of WhatsApp LLC. They are cited for merely identificative purposes and their holders do not sponsor nor endorse this Website.

5. Exclusion of Warranties and Liability

The holder is not responsible for damages that may derive from the lack of availability or continuity of the Website, from errors or omissions in the contents, nor from the illegal or improper use that users make of it. The Website may contain links to third-party sites, such as the maps that open from a plan, for whose contents or practices the holder is not responsible.

The holder reserves the right to make, without prior notice, the modifications that they consider appropriate in the Website, being able to change, delete or add contents and the way in which they are presented.

7. Applicable Legislation and Language

The present conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any controversy, and when applicable consumer regulations allow it, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond according to law.
